ok i have been on a diet like this over the past week.

calories daily=2300

protein=44% 253 grams daily
fats=28% 71.6 grams daily
carbs=28% 161 grams daily

i have eaten most of my carbs in the daytime and at night past 5 i eat about 60% protein,30% fats and 10% carbs.
i always work out with weights around 5-6 in the evening and then eat and eat again at 10:00 p.m but i still cant get the bottom layer of abs to show, i have really built my top 4 abs, they are doing greatly and can see them better than ever, but i cant really see my bottom abs and they feel like half the size as the top 4 abs, i do crunches every other day and about half of them are for the bottom abs, i do leg raises,reverse crunches,and the hi knee crunches where you lift your legs and bend your knees, anyways the bottom ones just will not build.is there any chance i may have torn muscles there or something?i am only 4% bodyfat and everywhere else i am very toned up except for that part.

my other questions are these

what effect does coffee have on building muscle?i drink alot of coffee but have cut the caffeine way down, i use a tiny bit of coffee mix when i make it,it looks more like water or tea when it gets done, and i was wondering if there is anything wrong with some caffeine in a bodybuilding stage.

my last question is steroids. i have had many people ask me if i am taking them, i am only 153 pounds but somehow i have a 200 pounder build, my shoulders are 22 inches,arms are 13.5,hell my calves are 14.5 and my thighs are 20, but my waist is only 28, i was wondering what does the steroids really do to you, would you just put on mucle or would you add fat as well?i have amazingly put on 15 pounds of muscle in the last three weeks and added no fat, my main goal is to add only muscle and no fat that way i will not have to lose any weight as soon as i get to my desired muscle level,

i cant believe how much i have improved because i do eat things with sugar in them like in the morning i eat a bowl of dried frosted flakes and another bowl at 3:00 before i play basketball, does the food really matter as long as you burn it off


well if anyone can help me i would appreciate it, one thing though i have noticed around the bottom abs they are right beside my belly button, so if they did show they wouldnt look right, for som reason my belly button is higher than it should be, any help would be appreciated

if you are making gains naturally there is no need to juice. Once you hit a plateau you can think about it then. Caffeine acts as a natural diuretic and thermogenic. It is good if you are trying to cut up, especially when used with ephadrine and aspirin.

what does the steroids do to your mind and what effects can i have?i am already a very intense person, or look it, everyone says i look like i am gonna kick someones ass all
the time,what is funny is everyone around is afraid of me and i am one of the lightest guys around the town, and somehow can outdo everyone in all the athletic events, the only reason is because i train my ass off, but everyone thinks i am on something, i do take alot of stuff but it is only water pills,fat burners and vitamins, is there any chance by mixing the 9 pills i take a day that they can somehow act as a steriod or some kind of athletic enhancer?because i have drastically improed everything this last three weeks ever since i have been putting on muscle, i thought i would lose athletiscm but i have improved my vertical to 31 inches,improved my long jump to 16 feet,my triple jump to 34 feet and my broad jump to 8 feet 6 inches, and my forty went down to a 4.35,while my max on the bench went to 240 and my deadlift went to 990.
i surprise everyone because I at 153 can outlift most 200 pounders,and some guys bigger than that, i just think i would be something really awesome if i took the juice, i heard it would increase my athletic performances by 1.2-1.3! i find it hard to believe i could then bench 300+ or jump 37 inches,or do my long jump at 20-21 feet or the triple at 42 feet
however if they make me more angrier or intense i will probably get thrown in a zoo. also i heard the juice will shrink your penis, is this a myth, because if it can effect my sex life i would rather stay skinny,

Just a suggestion, when you do leg raises try holding a medicine ball between your kness. I think you just need to add resistance. More lbs. means more growth.

Have you tried supplementing with Yohimbine? If not, buy some Twinlab's Yohimbe Fuel (AKA Dick Fuel) and see if it makes a difference in the stubborn fat areas. The stubborn fat areas on most males is the lower abdomen region. The yohimbine is an alpha-2 antagonists, and it promotes lipolysis (fat breakdown). It helps allow the body to break down the fat within these stubborn fat cells, which are being shunted.
