Is eating sushi at a sushi bar a well source for protein, because me and my boy went to a sushi bar for lunch today and we had all sorts of raw fish and rice, it tasted so damn good!! We had like raw tuna, salmon, sord fish and some other stuff.

This stuff is healthy right, I mean all I figured was that it had alot of sodium, but eating it once a week cant do much harm, right?

Fish is a get source of protien ,nothing wrong with it at all. I've been eating sushi for years, a couple times a week.Just make sure your eating it at a reputable place and everything will be fine. I ate sushi right up untill the week prior to my last show.

Sushi is very good. you just have to watch how much rice your eating and be carefulk of some of the sauces,as they can be loaded with sodium.

I hate sushi! But I love pickled herring!! Growing up at home we'd call it 'sil' (swedish for herring)! I can eat a jar at a time. Mmmmm Mmmmm Good!
