i started lifting the heavy weights two weeks ago and raised up the calories to 2300 a day on average, anyways i went up to 40%protein,33%carbs and 27%fats and i have gotten unbelievable results, i gained 8 pounds of muscle since then and i started taking water pills and the stored water on the body is now going out, i am back down to 149 but i was at 157 before i started taking the water pills,my waist actually went down to 27 inches and my arms and other muscles have grown,i am just amazed at this,anyways i am changing my workout routine so i can trick my muscles into growing more, can one of you give me a good routine?i was thinking of one muscle training a day but i am not sure,it looks as if you wouldnt get as much results because the muscle would only be trained around once a week instead of twice,
i wish i had the money most of you have, i am kinda low on the money right now and have to get my protein from roast and tuna in a can,some rotessire chicken,turkey in a package,beans,ect.boy how a bunch of protein shakes would help, if i were to be able to get another 500-700 calories a day with some shakes i would really do some growing, could you imagine an 150 pound person getting in 300-330 grams of protein a day?when i do get caught up on my bills and have the money to buy them i will defently stock up on the shakes, i want to keep doing what i am doing and get up to 180-200, amazingly i am putting on 100%muscle, most people add about as much fat or water as they do muscle, i just want to add the muscle.


also i have a few questions


ok caffeine, what is the recomended amount of hours after a workout that you should wait until you drink coffee?i am waiting around 4 hours after i workout before i get some coffee

carbs, how much carbs should i take in after a workout? i always work out around 7 in the afternoon and i know it is bad to eat carbs at night.


verticle leap, how do i increase the leap,i have a 30 inch leap now but would like to know which exercises weightlifting wise will do the trick.

water pills, i am still taking the pills, my question is when do i know to stop taking them?i am really satisfied but if i can get more stored water out i would really like to do just that.i have had no ill effects with the pills and they are really doing the job,
