I Need some help! I have tryed to keep my diet tight, eat more protein, litttle carbs, and add good fat to my diet, flax seed, and fish oil caps. And I have been eating 5 to 6 sm. meals a day. But lately I have been craving fat, even after I eat my protein breakfast or dinner I want more fat. So I've been eating more nuts! I thought I was doing the right thing, but to crave something I know I must be doing something wrong. Thank you IP: Logged |

I don't think your craving fat. By the look of your diet I would say it's carbs that your craving. You probably just think its fat. I would add some carbs in there and see how it goes. Try including a bagel with your post workout meal.(meal # 2) Don't worry it won't effect your diet. It will probably help it if anything. e-mail if you wish. IP: Logged |
