![]() ![]() ![]() Turkey, tuna, white rice (complex carb, but good), protein bars, shrimp, etc. I mix all that stuff into a big ass bowl with salsa and black pepper and eat up. It will make you sweat. It looks like vomit, but it tastes pretty good. Also, don't breathe on anyone until you have brushed your teeth like 700 times. IP: Logged |
