I really would like to cut my carbs in the evening, but aside from eating Eggwhites, chicken, or protien shakes, what else is there thats high in protien and low in carbs?

Turkey, tuna, white rice (complex carb, but good), protein bars, shrimp, etc.

I mix all that stuff into a big ass bowl with salsa and black pepper and eat up. It will make you sweat. It looks like vomit, but it tastes pretty good. Also, don't breathe on anyone until you have brushed your teeth like 700 times.

Try some cold water fish like Salmon or Herring. If you want to try something different for a protein source than try Ostrich or Emu.

Tuna Fish and Red Meat are good high in protein and low in carbs.

Tuna with low-fat cottage cheese. Add some diced up some onion, a little dill relish, and roll it up in some lettuce leaves. Low fat and carbs, high in protein. I love it!
