i am taking in water pills and have amazingly lost five pounds of water and it is strange because it started from my legs up, now it is taking the excessive water from the abs area and i have almost got my bottom 2 abs showing as good as the top 4, this is so cool, i knew it wasnt fat covering them up, now i got a couple of questions,


how long should i continue taking these pills?

once i quit taking them what should i do to keep the excess water off?


the only problem with the pills is my abs have been a little sore since i lost the water, they at times feel like they are gonna rip out of the skin.

and my other thing is on this fat burner called ephradine or something like that,is this a safe fat burner?just curious


ok i had gained 7 pounds of muscle over the last week and went up to 155 but the water loss dropped me to 150, however the water loss is good because i can see better definition now, i have been eating 2500 calories a day and percentage of 40% protein,30%carbs,and 30%fats. i have been taking in nearly 250 grams of protein a day, which is hard for a 150 pound person like myself, but even though the food may not taste really good you gotta sacrifice to get the muscle, i am trying to start eating tuna fish, it stinks like heck but the protein amount is unbelievable, about 92%protein per serving,

one question about getting the ultimate body

should i eat like this at these certain times?if not please inform me because i will do whatever it takes to have the totally ultimate body


I eat most of my carbs early in the day, i only take in about 50 grams after 4:00 p.m.

i eat about 60 grams of protein and 30 grams of the good kinda carbs after an ab workout or a weight training workout, i eat only a little bit of fat after the workouts,and i also drink no coffee for at least three hours afterwards.

i drink 200 ounces of water daily


okay can you also explain why coffee is bad to drink after a workout?

well if one of you can answer my questions i would really appreciate it, i want to build myself into a great bodybuilder.
