I am about to start a cycle of winnie, and some other things to help me cut up.. I want to keep my size 5'8" 200lbs but i want to achieve body fat of 4 or 5 %... i am currently at 10%. I wish to be very vascular, and ripped. I know the winnie and other juices will definately do the trick but is there a correct diet to be on for this?

a lot of guys will disagree but maybe you should try a ketogenic diet with your winni....if not I would go with atleast 50-60 grams of different kinds (whey,soy,egg,milk,chicken, tuna,redmeat) of protein every two and a half hours....put a little flax oil with each meal too....will slow protein digestion and assimilate more protein...keep the carbs mediocre...i figure if you keep around 3000 calories you will get ripped up on the winnie....how much winnie and what kind of workout are you doing

WELL HERE IS MY CYCLE..

100 MG OF WINNIE EOD
400 MG OF PRIMO EVERY WEEK
400 MG OF SUST250 EVERY WEEK?

DO YOU HAVE A BETTER CUTTING CYCLE.. I WANT TO GAIN A LITTLE MORE SIZE BUT IM PRETTY STOCKY NOW.. 5'8" 200LBS ONLY 10 OR 11% BODY FAT.

IF YOU HAVE A BETTER PLAN LET ME KNOW..

I HEARD THAT THERE WERE BETTER CUTTING STACKS.

I would eliminate sust and go with what you have with winnie and primo...primo is a great Idea because you don't need alot of calories to get size...just a lot of protein...
