I need diet advice, I am 5'8 180, I am about to try a diet I got out of a magazine, it goes as follws 300g protein, 100g of carbs and about 70-80g of fat. I am pretty lean but I want to get my abs out. Is this diet gonna work as far as accomplishing that without burning up too much muscle? The real lo carb approach dosn't seem to work for me, this looks like something I can handle a little better. Been taking hydroxycuts also, is there a better fatburner out there? I also started winny and primo about 3 weeks ago, but haven't been sticking to a particular diet. Someone help please

This diet plan will provide about 2230 to 2320 calories a day depending on the fat intake. If you say the real low carb appoach does not work for you I would not follow this. The recommended intake of protein you should consume is around 1 gram for every pound of body weight. You should drop the protein levels in this diet and bring up the carb levels. The fat content could come down 10% or 20%(to around 60%).

Correction!! Your fat content should come down to 60 grams (not 60%). Sorry for the typing error.
