on the atkins diet where you eat 30 grams of carbs or less it is really true that fiber doesnt count as carbs? if so does that mean you can eat alot of fiber one which is about 90% fiberous carbs. let me know, so fibers doesnt count?wow joe IP: Logged |

Fiber are dietary compounds that are not enzymatically digested by human enzymes. It does not directly contribute energy to the diet. IP: Logged |
