well i am starting the atkins diet because it usually burns some stored glycoman around my midsection and such.i hate the diet but i have to for some reason to get rid of stored carbohydrates. i have been on it before and i tell you it is the hardest diet there is, i get more ripped up, i am 3. perctent body fat and once the carbs get moved out i am really toned, but i generally stay on the diet 3 weeks,i am gonna see this time how well it works and then start, i am gonna aim for 20 grams of carbs a day with only a couple of grams of sugar, can you guys give me a recipe for a low carb snack that has some sweetness to it,. also the equal doesnt have any carbs at all right?it says 0 calories a packet but it doesnt say that there isnt a source of sugar in it so there must be some sugar in the equal.do you guys no if there is much in it? well i will only be using it for my coffee, also on the low carb diet dont you eat less calories because of the fat intake?or do you take in the usual 2000-3000?i am upping my calories to 2500 so i can gain some pure muscle. here is my meals for the next three weeks can anyone correct me if soemthing here may be bad for this diet?please because i dont know everything to the diet, i just know that you eat 30 carbs a day or less. example only breakfast 4 ounces of rotissre chicken total calories
4 ounces of rotesirre chicken 450 calories protein 47.5% 54 grams 3rd meal 5 ounces rotissre chicken 500 calories protein 49% 61 grams
4 ounces chicken 400 calories protein 48% 48 grams
4 ounces chicken 300 calories protein 43% 42.5 grams
i also would drink upwards around 200 ounces of water a day on this diet, is this okay or should i change anything, it is gonna be kinda heard to eat this much meat. any help would be great. IP: Logged |

wow your at 3% why are you using atkins to get lower? I say if your not "toned" at 3% something is just really wrong with you. Not to mention if you used it before and had great results why would you be asking us for advice? just do what you did last time and you will do fine. Adding any sweeteners I would say is a bad idea because dont you people realize that it will cause the same insulin spike as sugar would do? I can help you if you gave a little more info.. im pretty sure your not 3% and not toned yet. Not to mention how much you weigh your height blah blah... IP: Logged |

I think it's going to be nearly impossible to get under 3%, especially if you are not using any gear. In fact, 3% is considered to be the minimum percentage that a healthy male can carry. Good luck, anyway. IP: Logged |
