![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think the best book for bodybuilders and athletes who want to try high-fat/low-carb dieting is the one by Lyle MacDonald. However, Mauro Di Pasquali has just published a new version of "The Anabolic Diet" called "The Metabolic Diet". I'm going to check that one out myself. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() BodyOpus is vague, good but vague. Lyle McDonald's book is a reincarnation of BodyOpus but gets into much more detail. Especially concerning the carb-up calculations and incorporating aerobics and the weight training workouts of the program. I would definetly goo with Lyle's book. He is a VERY knowledgeable guy. I talked to him for about an hour at the Arnold Classic and we e-mail eah other about 1-2 times a week. He always has time for people, that's what I like about the guy. IP: Logged |
