how about these foods

rotiserre chicken, high protein
pork n beans, high fiber,good protein,low fat
fiber one, high fiber,low fat,good vitamins
oatmeal oats, high fiber,low fat
soy protein shake,high protein,low fat

okay and this amount of servings

5 servings of chicken, 500 calories
5 servings of beans,550 calories
4 servings fiber one,250 calories
1 serving oatmeal oats, 150 calories
2 protein shakes, 200 calories
2 servings regualar cereal dry, 200 calories
1 serving tomato soup, 100 calories

1 pot of coffee a day with equal

160 ounces of water a day

divided into 5 meals

overall nutrition percentages

calories 1950
protein 33.5% 163 grams
carbs 51% 250 grams
fat 15.5% 33.5 grams

is this an okay diet?

i am 5 foot 10 and 148 pounds, 4 pct body fat

You really need to up your calories in order to gain weight. I suggest you add at least 500 extra calories, although at your weight and BF%, you could stand to eat a lot more than that.

Hey man if you want to gain muscle your going to have to take in a lot more cals. First you have to bulk up and then worry about cutting up. EAT EAT EAT
