ok i am having trouble on the nutrition side, i do tons of cardio, about 3 hours daily and weight train and ab train four times a week, i am 5-10 147 and have 4 pct body fat, but i have stored carbs in my skin and alot of loose skin from weight loss, how do i get rid of the skin and the carbs, also l have these hard knots around my muscle areas, are these muscle tissues or what? on my eating, i have went up to 2000 calories a day but cant seem to get rid of the sugar foods, i eat chicken and protein shakes for my protein which i get 30% of my calories from, then i eat oats, apples, fiber one and other fruit for the fiber, i get tons of fiber, and i take in 15%fat in my diet, but i crave carbs, how do i get the craving to stop, i know eating fiber one and oats is okay because of the low sugar and high fiber but i have to admit i do eat my share of dry cereal such as frosted flakes, cocoa puffs, ect. does it really matter eating a good amount of sugar every day? i know i burn far more calories than i consume so can it still effect my physique? so i got these questions
how do i get rid of stored carbs, what are the hard knots i can feel around my muscles, especially my legs also can sugar effect your looks even if you burn off more calories than you eat and one more, i drink alot of coffee a pt a day, what does this do to my body, can it effect my cuts? thanks IP: Logged |

how do i get rid of the loose skin that i have leftover from weight loss Skin is elastic...if your still young it should reform...otherwise, you may want to try supplementing some vitamin e...maybe some ALA's... how do i get rid of stored carbs I suppose you mean glycogen? Deplete glycogen by not consuming any more carbs and use the existing glycogen in training. what are the hard knots i can feel around my muscles, especially my legs ????? Can you explain a bit more? also can sugar effect your looks even if you burn off more calories than you eat Its really physics and biology...if you consume less than maintenence, you will lose weight...not necessarily fat, but you will lose weight...eat more than maintenance and you will gain weight... and one more, i drink alot of coffee a pt a day, what does this do to my body, can it effect my cuts? If anything I'd think it would improve your cuts, since caffeine is a thermogenic... You asked another question about curbing sugar cravings but didn't ask it in your list of questions... You may want to try Glutamine and Chromium...they usually kick the sugar cravings. If your dying to lose a last couple of pounds which you sound like you are doing... Try upping your caloric intake to 300-500 calories less than your active metabolic rate (instead of the 2000 you have now...I'd guess 300-500 less than your active would probably be closer to 3000 calories)...and seriously try a CKD diet...that will kick the sugar cravings and hopefully help you shed the held water, not to mention slow down the possible muscle catabolizing. I remember Duchaine writing about Pycnogenol for loose skin. Its found in some topical creams that can be bought at local drug stores. Personally, I don't know anymore about how effective it is, and I have never tried on myself. But, I'm gonna give it a try on myself. If anyone else has tried Pycnogenol creams, How did it work for you? IP: Logged |

okay when i feel my muscles it feels there is only muscle,no fat or anything, and the hard little balls i am talking about might just be skin.i want to know how i can just build my arms, chest, and legs and keep the same waist?my waist is 27 inches and i think it wuld be so cool to have another 5 or 6 inches on the chest and another 3 inches across the shoulders.if you could tell me a plan to grow bigger muscles and keep the same waist let me know. any help would be greatly appreciated joe IP: Logged |
