Really need advice like I said 44, 6'1,235lbs.Many years ago weighed 317.So got loose skin want to drop little more weight but manly want to get muscle mass and get that cut look. Joined Gym 2 months ago and training hard 4 days a week.See little progress what do i do? Take protein shakes to help because I admit i am picky eater. Hate eggs. need all advice i can get Thanks
