i was wondering what kind of diet suggestions anyone can give me for getting more cuts and looking ripped. right now i've been doing weight lifting and cardio 3-4 times a week but i just can't seem to find the right diet! what i'm trying to achieve is a more toned look. right now i'm fairly lean and muscular but would like my muscles to show more and i know it's in the diet! so far in the mornings i usually eat 2-3 eggs, and a bowl of cereal, then for lunch (this is hard because school food sure as hell isn't good for anyone) i eat a salad, milk and some other stuff that's not very good, and for dinner i have vegetables, and try to eat fish or chicken. since i'm at school most of the day i can't follow the 5-6 meal plan so what should i do? any suggestions would be welcome thanks -derek IP: Logged |

Well I am asuming that you are in high school. I was there not too long ago trying to figure the diet thing out. I dont know how serious you are about bodybuilding but I can give you a few tips on how to get in some more meals. Right now is a key time to eat right while you are still growning. I wasted a year of lifting by not eating right. Went I got serious about my diet I gained 40lbs of lean mass over one summer. I take some MRPs (meal replacement powders) they are really simple. I use to mix them up before school and keep them in my locker and chug them in between classes. There are some good bars on the market too. They are also really convient. As far as cuttin up. I think that right now is the time to gain mass. If you can catch you body while you are in a growing stage you can make some unreal gains. I know that I got a little of the subject of cutting up but now is the time to gain. IP: Logged |

In order to get cut you have to get rid of the fat hiding your cuts. Increase your cardio and do lighter weights with higher reps. Cut out all carbs within 4 hours of going to bed. You may want to increase your protien intake slightly just to ensure your muscle won't be lost. I've also heard Hydroxycut is an excellent fat burner. IP: Logged |
