ok i work at home on the net so i have all the time i want to work out. i am kinda obsessesd with my bod, i am 18 by the way,

i am 5 foot 10 and weigh 147, i have only 4 pct body fat but i can see a full six pack of abs when i look in the mirror, i see bodybuilders and such with great abs that have more bodyfat than i do,,why cant i see the abs that well?they are there i feel them but i dont see how 4 pct bodyfat can cover up your abs. if i had a six pack i could probably enter a competition for lightweight bodybuilders, here is what i do exercise wise

i average jogging 4 miles daily
running 5 miles daily
walking 6 miles daily
1hour 30 minutes of basketball daily
20 minutes of aerobics daily

i also work out 4 times a week with light weight for better tone, and am on a crunch routine where i do 20 minutes of crunches 3 times a week, i eat about 25%protein,15%fat and 60%carbs and eat around 1400 calories a day, what can i change or do to see the full six pack of abs? please email me and let me know

thanks
joe

The reason you don't see abs is that you have small abdominal muscles....You need to eat more to gain some muscle...you need to eat more with the crazy amount of cardio you do....you should probably be getting more like 2500 calories a day with your energy expenditure...do sets of six to eight...the majority of muscle fiber in your stomach responds to lower rep sets...good luck
