Can anyone help me with my conflicting views on eating habits. In a nut shell: endomorphs need to have high protien, low starchy carbs, med high fibrous carbs, and low fats. I have lowered by body weight but not body fat, I have went from 235 to 195 in 5 months from diet and excersize. Taking water pills to remove the water but the fat is not moving and I'm not feeling hard when I flex. IP: Logged |

im a classic endomorph just like you and im going through hell to get rid of the stomach and love handles. Anyway i agree w/ high protein, low carbs, but fats can be a little higher if you get the right kinds in your diet(EFA's). I have a question for you- did the water pills make a huge difference? I'm planning on trying taraxatone, prob. next week b/c i hold a ton of water. Good luck bro. IP: Logged |

Are you eating alot of fruit? I f so this may be the reason your not feeling hard, because if you dont burn off the natural sugars(fructose) in fruit it will give you a smooth appearance and it will be stored as fat. --HARDWORK-100MPH IP: Logged |

You need to drink more water, at least a gallon a day. If you are already, try 1 1/2gallons. You should notice good results. --HARDWORK-100MPH IP: Logged |
