It worked well for me when I was in college. I went from 180 to 210 in no time. Bad gas, but my roomate got used to it!

Ha Ha. I've been on about half gallon of skim a day, and add that to the 10-15 egg whites, and my roomie has to sleep with Fabreeze Air Freshener. Fuck em. Yeah, that milk trick works, and i only used a half gallon.

I'm not surprised you put on 30llbs - milk is full of fat - unless you were drinking skimmed milk? Skimmed milk and egg whites are great sources of protein- and cheap.

I really don't believe this is good weight you guys are putting on, but I might be wrong. Whats your body fat percentages??? The lactose in milk tends to give people a "smoothed ot appearance" if you have this appearance and don't believe me just cut the dair out of your diet for a couple of weeks and see how much harder and cut you will be.

I drink 1/2 gallon of skim milk a day and I've been putting on 1-2 lbs a week. I'm also eating alot and taking in a lot of protien too though. In response to 100mph, I have 6% bf and I am very vascular. Not smooth looking at all.

B-Funk, I guess the lactose affects everyone differently. Whats your blood type?? Are you on any gear right now?

To be honest, I don't know my blood type. I've done one mild deca/dbol cycle but I've been off for at least a month now. I don't do any cardio cause I'm still trying to put on some mass.

Actually, milk has the highest percent chance of any food known to be a food allergen. The problem with this is that people often have a mild allergy to cow's milk and the symptoms don't really show until late. Be careful drinking so much milk. It might be a good idea to have a blood allergy analysis if you are going to take in massive quantities of any food. This particular test is called an Igg4, and you can have it done with any specific foods you want. You can even bring samples of food to the laboratory and have the Igg4 test run against the foods (such as supplements) to see if you're taking something thats not helping. Just a thought.

Yeah I did the milk thing, but I had such bad diareah by the end of the first day I quit. I read about it in "Super Squats".
I do include normal amounts of milk in my diet though.

Every one reacts different to milk so its hard to say. But I can tell you this the fat content is throught the roof and you are probably putting on useless gains. Besides that milk or dairy products tend to thicken the skin, which is not a good thing if you ever plan on competing.
