ok. i play football for my highschool. but im going to college and my problem is that im to big for college i was ok for highschool but im not fast enough or strong enough for college ball. im about 5/10, 5/10 in a half and wiegh about 320.. how can i lose the fat and put on the muscle please help me.. if you know how please reply or email me at [email protected] IP: Logged |

I was not quite as big as you are but I was 240lbs six months ago and I got down to 195 in 4 months and now I am back up to 210lbs with about 14% bodyfat. Here are a few tips that helped me. 1. try different diets----ketogenic, hi carb hi pro lo fat 2. try to eat six smaller meals a day...I know this is hard in high school 3. cardio...walk about 4 miles per hour for 45 minutes atleast 3 times a week 4. weights...the more muscle you put on the more fat you will burn 5. then try some of the supplements once you have your diet and exercise right MD6 from biotest, tricuts or triacana will work to don't just jump in with supplements...you will loose weight faster but won't get as low as with the diet changes ...good luck IP: Logged |
