I need to loose 15 lbs. The reason is when I am over weight my training suffers. I have more energy when I am at my desired weight.
I get a little weaker at first but then my Strength comes back. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

to start with, try light cardio "walking" after weight training. Increase lean protein consumption. decrease high glycemic carbs and sugar
