I usually eat 2 packs of oatmeal(made with 1 cup skim milk), 2 slices of wheat toast(w/butter), and a protein shake(2 scoops w/2 cups skim milk). Totals: Cal=950, Pro=95g, Carb=101, Fat=23g. You can cut out 16g of fat if you don't use butter. IP: Logged |

Hey, B-Funk, that has to be meanest breakfast I've ever heard of. With 95 grams of protein, you must be a methane factory. Anyway, I somehow get the feeling that we all eat pretty much eat the same oatmeal/milk/protein scoop breakfast here! IP: Logged |

Yo! Your body can only process fifty G's of Protein, so you are wasting your time trying to pack in as many as you can each meal. Your body will disgard anything over fifty. I eat eight egg whites (about 30G's of PRO.) and then if you want some callories you can toast two slices of wheat, throw on some fat free cheese and some light ketchup and you have a fat ass sandwitch. If you want to pick up a little more protein you can fry up (in pam) some turkey breast or fat free bologna (its good). Or you can skip the Bologna and have a glass of skim milk. Hope this helps. 1 cup of oatmeal 50 grams of protien(powder) 1 cup of milk 1 scoop of nonsugar coco and blend it in a blender and drink this keeps my appitite for my next meal 3 hours later And I agree , 40 grams of protien is all the body consume properly within 1 hour before turning into fat. More meals. It can be done I put down 450-500 grams of protien daily. IP: Logged |

Prove to everyone documented proof our bodies only assimilate 50g of protein at one time. For 1 week I ate 80g of protein 5-6 times per day with only 150-200 carbs and very low fat. Seems like I lowered my bodyfat alot! And stayed strong. But I went through 5 lbs of whey protein in 1 week!!! IP: Logged |
