Can someone help me my aim is to gain muscle I am about to start a deca durabolin cycle 200mg a week for 7 weeks I am 67kg with very little fat. What should my calorie intake be and do I maintain the same calorie level when off the cycle IP: Logged |

skinny im new to this board,and i see no one has replied to your question so here we go you must increase your cal intake up big time ,when on a cycle nutrition is a big priority.your muscles will grow and if you dont consume the proper cals,vitamins,and protien,your body will take them from were ever they can,and this is were you run into problems,sickness.so supply your body with every thing it needs,at all times during a cycle.remember how hard and often you work out has a great deal to do with your intake of cals.hope this helped ------------------ IP: Logged |

I know that you will have to consume at least four to six thousand calories a day to see any growth at all. You are probably splitting that bottle of deeca,uh? I would recomend that you increase your doseage and inject 4cc's instead of just two. That is, of course, that you have the 200mg instead of the 50mg. From what you've said, you do. So, eat as much as you can, then eat more. Also, drink a good protein drink something with a bunch of calories.Twinlab makes one that is called Gainers Fuel 2500. Try it! But seriously, you may think about increasing your doseage. Can anybody else add to this? IP: Logged |

I'm training a guy that has a similar problem. He just started a cycle of decca and equipose.He has never really worked out before, and is pissed off because he hasn't seen the gains, but his strength gains have gone through the roof! He weighs about 144lbs., up from around 135lbs. He's almost through the cycle, I tried to tell him that since he is stacking oil-based roids, it's gonna take longer to "see" the changes. If you never have done this before, don't set yourself up for a disappointment,o.k.?Eat foods that have a high calorie index(Starches,veggies,and proteins).I'll answer anything else pertaining to the subject,just e-mail. Deca by itself should be around 400mgs. Anymore and you risk side effects. You should see results pretty fast if you are eating enough. 5 BIG meals a day and a protein shake with each one should do- IP: Logged |

I have taken in plenty of calories when I have been on moderate cycles such as the one you are refering to. 200mg a week. most of the Kcals. came from carbs this didn't seem to help much so I started getting more Kcal. from protein about 11/2 to 2 times my body weight in grams. This helped alot. so my suggestion is, take in a lot of Kcals. but make sure you have a lot of protein. For you about 200 to 250 grams minimum. IP: Logged |
