what is the best multi-vit/min. I've heard a lot about animal paks but they run about $30/month. would a few centrums a day do the trick? IP: Logged |

Centrum are fine but you only need one, if you take more than the recommended amount you will just bepeeing it out. Probably one of the best multi's I've come across is the one they sell at G.N.C. (Mega-mens dail muti-vitamin) ask the person working, they will be more than glad to help you out.

most hard tablets, altough high in potency...sometimes go out like they went in...in one piece. this dont do you noooo good. take a name brand capsule am and pm. ------------------ IP: Logged |
