![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm considering a bulking cycle of t200 and dbol and was wondering if anyone had any input whether or not Low Carb is the wrong way to go. I've lost a substantial amount of weight, mostly fat on this diet and want to continue to lose fat. Any suggestions? I want to get great gains and plan to eat like a horse/ plenty of fats and proteins. But i don't want to get FAT....again. jeTT ------------------ ==JeTTsTreaM IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Try a cyclical instead of a traditional ketogenic diet. It's the only plan, I think, burns fat and builds muscle at the same time. (And it does the job slowly but surely.) My favorite thing: You can stay on it -- comfortably -- for the rest of your life instead of constantly switching from this thing to that thing for different results. Tons of physical and mental health benefits, too, as long as you're lifting heavy or otherwise working hard. Tons of info on the net. My suggested keywords: Mauro DiPasquale (Anabolic Diet), Lyle MacDonald (Cyclical Ketogenic Diet), Dan Duchaine (BodyOpus Diet). Have fun eating those bacon-and-egg quiches with crumbled-pork-rind crusts! IP: Logged |
