I need to lose weight, currently I go to the gym about 6 days a week, lift & do cardio totaling about 4-5 hours a day. I want to get my stomache really cut for biniki season! And I'd also like to lose a hell of a lot of fat. I basically live at GNC & purchase a bunch of things that I combine myself (some make me sick). Currently I have Xenedrine, Prolab's Metabolic Thyrolean, Twin Lab's Diet Fuel, and Whey protein. If I feel fat I usually fast. If and when I do eat it usually consistys of sugar free fat free jello, egg whites and sugar free ice pops (chcicken & meats on occasion)I want to try my luck with steriods for dramatic weight loss & toning. It needs to work fast...whatever I do...it's almost March, 4 months left!!! Please help.
Where can I get these steriods, without getting into trouble,& how do I use them?
Has anyone ever tried Hexalon for rapid fat loss. It's a very risky drug...but it works wonders fast....downside, if taken to the max dosage you can cook you internal organs and die of hyperthermia. It make your body produce heat instead of ATPs. It's call DNP 1-4 or something....does anyone know of where I can get it?

you sound as though you might be the type to abuse a supplement. How much of each type of thermogenic are you taking currently?? Yor diet really doesn't sound all that healthy as well! Give me some idea of your fatgrams, carbs and protein intakes. It may just be as simple as lowering your carbs adding some protein and increasing your fat intake, remember fat does not make you fat. Eating the right kind of fat ex.(flaxseed oil) will actually make you burn fat. Or, as simple as a ketogenic diet. How long have you been taking the thermogenics? Your body may br immune to them. Taking every other day maybe more beneficial and on the off days taking a water pill may help (GNC). Also, are you drinking enough water? To lose weight try a gallon a day, your going to be peeing alot!!! But that's where the weight loss comes into effect. You will also have to supplement with a good multivitamin (GNC) because you will be peeeing alot of the vitamins and nutrients out of your system. 4-5 hours in the gym is way too much, you are definately overtraining, just because you are "wired" from the thermeogenics doesn't mean that you are succeeding in your goals, you may want to re-access your training program as well. If you are already doing all of this, (honestly) then maybe some type of steroid could be of use, but not!!!!! DNP (very dangerous!!!!!) Clenbuterol works well in burning fat!! As you said that you are in the gym 4-5 hours you must know some people, ( hint, bodybuilder?? that you can tell is on the juice) I think th best way of going about asking someone in the gym about "juice" is to just be up-front that way they know that you're serious!!

Sometimes I have a habit of abusing diet pills and supplements. Currently I'm out of Xenedrine (I need more). But right now I take 2 thyroleans & 2 diet fuels in the morning w/ water, 2 and 2 again at lunch w/ water, and then I usually have ice pops or soemthing like egg whites, salad or chicken with another 2 and 2 combination. I try and stay as far away from carbs as possible. I haven't been to the gym all week b/c I've been really busy, but I'm going to start to get really srict with cardio again. What do you suggest? I can't run A LOT b/c I hurt my knee, I try to run/walk about 2 miles a day though. And I like the elliptical, and bikes. What type of steriod should I get that won't give me nasty manly side effects? And how much should I take? Is there any other supplement I can add to my mix? Any other tricks?

small meals through out the day
look into ATKINS DIET, BODY OPUS etc
basically research and a level head is a good
start

Danni, slow down. You have more than enough time. relax ! Sounds to me you are overtrained and you do not consume enough calories.. You are seriously gonna hurt yourself this way. Please consider some type of ketogenic diet. They work ! Believe me, you have more than enough time.

stay healthy. ( I know how you feel though, i have been fat for most part of my life. but i have lost 33 kg in a short time and believe me, that is NOT good !)

Danni, get control of yourself, please!! I agree w/ the previous posts. Try the Atkins diet first, it is almost guaranteed to work. Keep posting more info!!!! You kneed to evaluate your diet. Even if I did suggest a steroid, it wouldn't work because your diet is so messed up. Did you read my previous post??? I don't mean to be rude but c'mon Danni get a clue!!!! Ice pops for lunch, you've got to be kidding, why dont you add a couple of ice cubes for dinner as well (just kidding!!!!) READ MY PREVIOUS POST!!!!! ASK MORE QUESTIONS!!!!!!

Hi
This is Danielle (Danni). My diet is pretty messed up at times, but sometimes it's good. I'm so afraid
of gaining weight & I get too scared to eat. I've been on something like the Atkin's diet before,
called the Mayo Clinic, ever heard of it? It's basically the same no carb deal. See right now I don't
eat carbs anyway, so I'm afraid of increasing my food intake. I really only eat, not b/c I'm hungry,
but b/c I get this thing where I have to chew, or suck...etc. And swallow. I chew a lot of gum, but
sometimes it doesn't work I do drink a lot of water though. Probably not quite a gallon, but pretty
damn close! I'm not exactly sure of what to include in my work outs for quick results....like how
long should I do cardio, and what type? I really need an exercise to firm up my hips....any ideas?
That and my inner thighs....you know...those woman areas! Can you suggest any supplements?
What about an ECA stack? Do I just get ephrine, caffenine and asprine and take it together? How
many mgs or each? And where do I get plain, pure ephrine? What about yombie? I've heard of it
once, that probably isn't the spelling though. In 4 months, what do you think the maxium amount of
weight I will lose can be? I'm so stressed out about this you have no idea! I do occasionally take
water pills if I feel bloated. And it halps me feel firmer. Especially in the tummy, something I'd really
like to firm up for bikini season. What's the best exercise for that? I realluy like the ice pops b/c it
gives me flavor and something to chew/suck with only 10 calories. Please get back to me soon or
post a reply on the board. Thanks sooooooooo much.

You still need to give me some more info. You say that sometimes your diet is good. Please give me an example or outline of your "good diet". Danni, I need to know you height and weight. Danni, your body is in a starvation mode, right now as we speak. Since your daily food requirements ar very low if not minimal, your body will never "firm up" or BURN FAT!!!! Your body thinks it is starving so it is producing more fat to survive. If you multiply your weight by 11, this will give you the total number of calories you should be consuming every day, and this is just for maintenance! Example: A 120lb woman multiply by 11 , 120X11=1320 calories. As for your cardio you can add some type of interval type trainiong whether it be on the bike, stairmaster or treadmill this wiil really get your heart rate going. A "spinning" class would be a great interval workout. The sensation that you get of always wanting something in your mouth should tell you something!!!! Your starving yourself!!! What if you did gain 5lbs by eating more but what if it was lean muscle rather than the loose flabby skin that I presume you have at this point. Danni, if you get your diet on the right track, and with proper weight training (not overtraining) you may lose five to ten pounds of fat. The minute you enhance your diet and get yourself out of starvation mode you will see the fat start to melt away. As for a fat burner I would suggest trying (Hydroxycuts) this way you wont have to mess with mixing and figuring numbers. As for the "flab" on the hip and inner thigh region you can try using a cable machine. Standing attach cable from right to left on left ankle and sort of swing leg out to left side so that you are pulling the weight and cable away fro your body. This will work great for you hips. Remember to alternate sides. Sorry, I'm no5t explaining this very well. Then attach to other leg and pull into your body while standing for the inner thigh. For the hip pull away from body, for the inner thigh pull in to body. I f you dont have access to the cable machine, Lye on your side w/ ankle weights and do the same movements. This is also very useful because you can do this one at home. Remember with your diet "right" and your training "right" you might not lose any weight but you will definately lose body-fat!!! Therefor being a new muscle toned woman that feels good physically and most importantly feels good about herself.

Right now I'm about 5'3" and around 140lbs. I've always been overweight, and it's been a huge problem for me. I would give ANYTHING, my life and health to be skinny for just 1 summer- that's why I was contemplating Hexalon. It's so very important to me, and I try soooooooo hard. A "good diet" for me would be not eating, or miniumal eating, a "bad diet" which I occainsionally have consists of 1 meal at around 3-6 o'clock. Ususally I'm really hungry when I get home, I start eating ice pops, then I crave meat or carrots or something. I love meat. So today at around 5 I had a vanilla milkshake (probably shouldn't have, but I was sooooo hungry and headachey), then I got home and an hour later I ate 2 fat-free vanilaa puddings, asparagus, carrots, pork (a very good portion) and a couple ice pops. Yesterday I worked out, today I couldn't b/c I had to go to NYC. I was at the gym yesterday from 5-10:30, and I felt so good when I came home, tired...but good! Now that I'm taking these Thyriod pills (Metabolic Thyrolean) is it going to boost my metabolism even when I'm starving. I'm afraid to go off and gain weight! I want to take more supplements....what else do you recommend? I only have 4 months left....I'm pertrifed! What should I do???? My big goal is stomache defination & flattening & hips/butt/thighs...I guess just like any woman!

I'm trting towork with you here. But your really starting to piss me off. All you ever want to know is what other supplements to take. These drugs are not the answer to your problems, your diet is. DO THE ATKINS DIET!!!! READ THE BOOK!!! IT WILL WORK!!! You said that you crave meat, well this would be the perfect diet for you. You need to eat!!!! Especially low-glycemic foods. Carrots are ranked high on the glycemic index. The thyroid pills will give you some added energy but they will not help your metabolism, beacause you basically dont have one because you are not eating. And your workouts!!! You've got to be kidding me!!! 4 1/2 hours in the gym, what did you do make up for four days missed in the gym, (definately overtraining).Danni I won't guarantee it but I think on the Atkins diet you will be able to lose as much as 10 lbs in two weeks maybe more!!!! (hooray!!!) And thats just the induction part of the diet. Then there's the ongoing part and then the maintenance part. The amount of weight that you will be able to lose will be phenominal!!!! 4 months left huh, your crazy thats more than enough time. I'm talking one month and you might be where you want to be. Your weight will decrease drastically. You will most likely lose the first five lbs in the first five days, you'll be so excited!!! Danni you need to get the Atkins book, you ca eithe buy the new re-advised and updated version at your local bookstore or you may be able to check it out at your local library, it most likely wouldn't be the new one at the library but there really is not much difference other than the recipes. I have read the book, so if you have any questions. More questions, PLEASE!!! Keep in contact, get your diet in order soon!!!! All the meat and fat you want, but cut carbs out completely besides one small to medium salad a day (maximum 20 grams of carbs a day for the first two weeks.) And another thing you have to realize that the number of calories that the treadmills and stairmasters are saying your burning are NOT!!! accurate so dont try to burn off all your calories(say, pudding pops) on these machines because it will take hours. I speculate you are probably doing this. Contact me soon!!!

danni ,i hear you man.
after allot of years of abusing all kind of shit to lower my fat and my weight, i went from 110kg to about 85 kg which is great for my haight and body built,and did it mostelly by running allmost everyday (i started with about 15 min.-and got to about 40min.)
it's very hard, and if your as big a guy as i was, it's kind of hash on your body.
but its great you really fill allive when you get into it.

Since your post...and everyone elses I've realized what I've been doing. Fasting only lowers/stops my metabolism & makes me binge eventually. Soemtimes I need someone to drag me by my hair back into reality. I've reevaluated my diet. I've already been on something like the Atkin's Diet (The Mayo Clinic) It's basically what I'm doing now. I still eat a lot of ice pops, but now I have meats & yogurt. I have a lot more energy & stamina. I'm going to work on stopping my overtraining. I really like working out though, it makes me feel good & hard. But if you say it's bad to work for that long I'll cut my time. It takes me a while b/c I do total body + cardio almost daily.

As far as your diet, training and supplementation, you are doing absolutely everythig wrong. In in fact you really mean all the things that you have posted here, I would suggest you first see a spychologist. Please don't take this the wrong way, but it sounds as if you have a deep self-image problem. take it VERY SERIOUSLY.
