![]() ![]() ![]() Be patient and consistant in your approach. If you are taking bodyfat measurements or just weighing yourself do it the same time under the same conditions (monday morning after your morning piss for example) If after a couple of weeks if you have not lost any weight it is probably a sign your calories are to high. Set your calories at 12-13 times your bodyweight and adjust up or down from there. Aim for 1-2 pounds of weight loss per week to minimize muscle loss. Be patient, it will happen but not overnight.
