What if you have tried Diet Fuel, Xenidrine, Hydroxycut, Clen, and the EAC stack and none of it has worked?? What is the next thing?? Nothing seems to work.

What else are you doing? I mean just taking a pill will not do it! Are you doing Cardio work 3-5 times a week, first thing in morning on an empty stomach? Are you sticking to a plan? Are you expecting too much too fast? 2-3 Lbs a week is about average, if you do not want to sacrifice muscle tissue. You must continue to EAT 4-6 times a day. Basically I am saying we need more info on your goals and diet and routines. AND YOU MUST BE CONSISTANT AND STICK TOO IT!!

Yes, cardio and weights 4+ days a week. (40 min cardio). High protein diet. I know at first it was because of the carbs but I have cut down and no change. I just don't get it. This has been an ongoing thing for at least 3 years now. I'm not overweight, I can and would like to loose 10lbs and lower my BF. I have great muscle-sculpture BUT it is under that layer. THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE! :> )

DNP is is a chemical called 2,4 dinitrophenol. IT was originally used as a substitute for dynamite during WWI (highly explosive). Soldiers who handled it constantly either lost a lot of weight or DIED. To make a long story short, it is about the most dangerous stuff a bodybuilder can take. In fact, it was used as a pesticide for some time (yes, poison). It helps you lose weight even without calorie restriction, but if you take too much, the only thing you can do is call a priest. So, if you decide to ingest a pesticide-explosive, I suggest you become an expert on the stuff before even using it. Otherwise, stay away from it.

Hey man... stay away from DNP. It's crazy stuff. It can really mess you up unless you are an expert. an overdose of only 4 times will fry you.. 4 times sounds like a lot, but when you are talking about a dosage as low as 3-5mg/KILO of bodyweight, it doesn't take much. Also, DNP can raise your body temp indeffinatly. If it goes above 104 degrees you can die or suffer brain damage too. Also, if you use it for to long it can perminantly damage your liver and kidneys. If all health hazards aren't enough for you, the drug itself is hell to use. people usualy put some sort of plastic on their beds or wherever they sleep just because you sweat so damn much. you will usually wake up in a puddle of yellow. (oh yeah, it is a very powerful dye) you sweat yellow. you also shouldn't go around little kids or older adults because you are constantly breathing out toxins. other than that its ok.... sorry man, didn't mean to lecture you or something. just if you end up taking that stuff be very careful with it. good luck

Maybe you can give us a little more info. How much do you weigh now. how many cals. are you eating. how many times a day are you eating. how many cals. from protein, carbs, fat etc. Are you staggering your carb intake, hi- hi, low-low, hi? etc.
