get your diet to 50/25/25 and buy a some clen and hydroxycut to get shredded...it worked for me got my bf down to 8% at the time

clenbuterol and T3 cytomel, if you want to go legal:get up every morning at 7am and before breakfast run it off. then at bfast pop a few xenadrine or hydroxycut and more at lunch for 4 weeks youll lose 25lbs then some more

I found myself in the same position a couple of years ago, and made the mistake of cutting calories too much. Set calories at 12x body weight to begin with, with at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. E+C stack work well enough, no need for clen.
