![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I found myself in the same position a couple of years ago, and made the mistake of cutting calories too much. Set calories at 12x body weight to begin with, with at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. E+C stack work well enough, no need for clen. IP: Logged |
