i would ditch 2 of the 4 slices of bread man.
2 slices is good enough and its a portion in itself.
Ditch the cheese. Lactose can hinder your fat loss goals. And it can't help either iwht its fat content.

Have you seen any progress so far man?
This will be a great success story...best of luck
Dan

well i need those calories of the bread. like im only at 2700 cals. if i took out the bread that would drop it to low and i would get as much fiber. ive only been on for the past couple of days so nothing yet. i cant ready weigh myself cause the only scale i can find anymore that goes to my weight is the one my doc has. im goin gto see him this week but not for another 4 weeks to test the weight results. im just going to go by my shirts and pants. i think that my goal for the firt 4 weeks is 20 lbs. thats not to much right? i mean alot is going to come from the first week but ive done it before ,not so hard either.

thanks.

Good to see you're still in the game Big Calvin. I can't remember how you decided on this diet, but I will just mention that you can get all the carbs you need, and fiber plus a lot more natural vitamins if you eat fresh vegetables instead of the bread. The veggies will also fill you up more. Was the lack of veggies something to do with not wanting to go shopping?

Keep positive Take it one day at a time. Make sure you are drinking as much water as you can. MS is right veggies are great source of fibrous carbs. Green beans and broccoli are some good ones. Keep us posted and stay focused!!!
