i posted this up on the supplement board and asked the same question. Which is better MD6 or Adipokinetics?
Thing is MD6 has all the stuff adipokinetics has plus ALA, L-tyrosine, gugulsterones, and calciumphosphate. Has anyone used both and had better success with one more than the other? thanks

I can only vouch for MD6. Never tried the Adipo, but have heard good things. MD6 really helped blunt my appetite. Was very helpful with carb cravings on a CKD. Fat loss while on a CKD with or without it wasn't much of a difference. Lost more fat using a stack of Vivarin and ephedrine tabs but the MD6 was jitter free.
