I do this routine whenever I feel like, which is pretty much Monday through
Thursday, since I have a hard time getting to the gym Fri-sun. Remember, I'm
in ketosis now.

Do abs to start off with

10 min cardio

(all circuits are done 2 times a piece in a row..)

circuit 1: (all reps in all circuits are 12-15 reps)bench press machine,
bicep curls, shoulder press.

8 minutes of almost high intensity cardio

circuit 2: assisted chin up machine, calves, triceps

8 minutes of cardio, same intensity as last

circuit 3: upright rows, back rows, shoulder dumbbell raises (side)

8 mins of cardio.

Ive been doing this since last Monday, and have been in ketosis since last
Wednesday. I lost an inch and a half around my belly button in 4 days
(probably water). I'm drinking a ton of water, yes. Also taking my flax. I'm
eating about say once every 2 - 3 hours. Usual meals are 2 burgers with a
slice of cheese and some bacon...2 scoops of protein with half of the glass
filled with water, half with heavy cream, and tuna and mayo with some onion.
I might toss in some hot dogs or whatever here and there. I usually only eat
about 4 meals a day now. Now I'm not really seeing much fat loss here,
(least I cant see it) or poundage loss ..I'm still 215 after a week. So As of today, I'm changing my diet to look like this:

meal 1: 2 burgers 1 slice of cheese 40 pro, 45 fat.
meal 2 :same as above
meal 3: 1 can of tuna and 1 t spoon of mayo: 30 pro, 6 fat
meal 4 :5 eggs : 35 pro 30 fat
meal 5: protein drink with 1/4 pint heavy cream: 30 pro 20 fat
snack: meat scraps or whatever: 10 pro, not much fat.

That all equals out to about 195 grams of protein, and 145 grams of fat. I have about 20% body fat, so i only have about 170 lbs of lbm, so i think I'm good with the protein grams. Please don't tell me to get more protein unless you want to send me free protein powder.

Now, ShouldI decrease the amount of days I do these workouts, and just do some days as
cardio only, or just do these workouts every other day, with one day allowed
to rest (I don't like not doing something for a whole day though). Should I
eat more? Less? Or do you think I'm doing ok and I'm just being ridiculous
and expecting to see results too soon?

looks ok to me..
just be sure that your sums of protein and fat are correct, and that your burgeres are not actually 45 protein EACH or something..
1 burger (at least of mine) is 45g protein and 30g fat.. its purue ground beef though..
before I calculated it, i thought it was a lot less..

its a good idea to make sure your fat intake is greater than your protein intake. a good ratio to shoot for is 1.5 grams of fat for every gram of protein. This is what Lyle McDonald and most other designers of ketogenic diets recommend.

I disagree. lyle used that as a rough estimate before using the method whereby you figure out your protein needs and then subtract that from the total calories you want to be eating, and then use the rest of the calories for fat.. (and 20 G of carbs or whatever your shooting for)
