I've got a little situation. I worked out twice a day before I got injured. Was doing great used some gear and loved it. I've been out of the gym for atleast 6 months now. I have put on way to much weight. Before I got my gear again what are some good ways, even using diffent things (supplements), to get rid of fat fast and good. That's my goal for now. I will worry about getting big again later down the road. Well, help me out. Give me products that would help or programs, and recomendations. Thanks

If you want to do it fast and have the balls, go to t-mag and look up the Fat Fast diet. Brutal no carb fat loss diet, but works really well. All you consume really is protein shakes and flaxseed oil.....yummy!
