I decided to try a low carb diet again. I went out and bought a bunch of meat, eggs, and diet soda (caffiene helps to keep those no carb headaches away). I made it through the first day, and I'll keep you guys updated on the results.

Oh yea, I had another question. Is it ok to keep going on this diet without having any skip days. How long can I stay on this diet. And once I go off and start adding carbs how much should I go up per week so I don't gain any weight?

Its ok to not carb up, you will just not repair muscle damage that much, and you will have very little glycogen stored in your body for anaerobic work...
It doesn't matter if you add carbs right away after going on this diet, your body will be storing most of the carbs in your muscles anyways because of supercompensation (carb loading) since your muscles are depleted of glycogen.

I would try rotating a little bit of carbs, after a few days you look flat. You dont need to load up on them but maybe after 3 days add some oatmeal for breakfast, or some rice in the early part of the day. Low carbs are great but you need to mix it up a bit because your body will adapt to your diet. It gets easier as you go, and you will find you get through the day much easier after a week or so. I usually will take in a protein/carb drink after workouts. Everyone is different so you have to play around with a bit and see how your body reacts to your dieting. Drink tons of WATER and goodluck

Dont drink soda drinks. If you want to use caffeine then use it from coffee or tablets.

What's wrong with drinking diet soda?

Its ok once in a while, but soda has some sodium and it is just plain not good for you, has a lot of crap in it! Jello is ok as long as it is the sugar free, fat free kind. You will learn to love it as desert
