SUp I've been on a keto diet since beginning of december and I took before pics, I'm gonna take after pics on the weekend, I dont want to post them, but if anyone's interested in seeing the results, leave yer email address or ICQ (prefereed), or if anyone wants to switch photos and offer advice or support... i took unbiased photos, so were not talkin Muscle Media before and after photos.. the results werent that outstanding, but for me, its enough to keep me going.. The near zero muscle loss was a plus for me.. I'll still be on this diet until I am at around 7% bf.. god knows how long thats gonna take as things seem to be moving slowly these days... | ||

How much weight have you lost? Also you should come off of it for a few days before you take your after pics.. After you gain that water weight back. | ||

How about telling us your before and after results in detail. Such as bf% before and after, strength levels, endurance etc. Also, if you used any thermogenics, the amount of time you we're on it, and your carb levels. I'd be happy to share my experiences with someone here, as I've already done before. This diet worked well for me, it's good to see it work for someone else. | ||

I didn't measure BF% or weight.. as i am living in residence at university and I have no scale or anything.. all I have is appearance to go by.. My strength is pretty much the same I havent kept accurate records of my weight/reps to really tell though.. I use ECA before I workout and I've been doing a TKD with just a slight amount of carbs (30 grams) before working out. I'll take pictures after carbing up i think.. just cause I'd like to see the difference after a carb up.. also I want to take pics a month from now, to make sure that I am losing somehting other than just water weight.. |
