Should I cycle this shit, like on for a certain amount of time and off for a time? I love the results I have gotten, then took time off about a month, and then two weeks ago started up again. During my time off I maintained my weight and strength. Since starting up again, I haven't noticed much of a fat loss yet. Could this be because I have already lost most of my significant amount of fat, and my body fat % is getting low? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

the fat loss was probly a result of a new calorie intake, of which your calories was probably lower than normal, the ECA/hydroxycut is not the main cause of this fat loss, whenever you cut calories by a lot, the initial weight loss is greater, due, in part, to water loss. Unless you have been dieting and just added ECA/hydroxycut.. diet is what really determines fat loss, eca just helps slightly.. I find at least. it only increases metabolism by 4% I think.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
