ok i have a problem that not new or anything but sence im 440 lbs i have a hard time going out in public , i dont know its like i get all crazy,my heart races,i feel like im traped or i have to get out of the situation now! you know, like its mainly kids cause they can say something and what im i gonna do kick a kinds ass?

i really dont go out much, like only work, muscle mag, gnc, farm store, and im starting collage soon. i only get my food at farm store and omaha steak store that is very small but i can still get meat and chicken. now the stuff i can get/or eat at the farm store and omaha are:
top sirloin steak
chicken breast
skim milk
whole wheat bread
cheese
canned corn
bacon
eggs

and thats about it. i have a hard time sticking to a diet and i dont know what to do. i can eat out at subway, miami subs, and well the other fast food stores. i was thinking about doing like 3 shakes and only 2 real meals cause i can control shakes. like for the other meals i can eat wheat bread and cheese sandwhiches with a little steak or chicken. or maybe some corn.

what can i do?

thank you, i know this isnt what you guys are normal to or go throw but i hope you under stand. all i want is to get to a "public" weight ,like 380 would be good for me. and i just wanted to know if i could lose weight on shakes, steak & chicken and cheese wheat bread sandwhiches. thanks again

I would leave out the cheese and bread. You need to stick to low fat, low carbohydrate or moderate carboydrate foods. Eat grilled chicken, green beans, turkey, lean steak!!! Can you get some tuna?? Its cheap and you could eat it right out of a can. Subway is ok if you want or are craving fast food. But only get turkey, chicken subs, the low fat kinds they offer. Also drink tons and tons of water! That will help with your hunger. As far as MRP, those are good, keep them lower in carbs and fat. Mix them with water and not milk if you can handle the taste. You have to be confident in you and not let people intimidate you or make you feel like this. Go where you want to go and dont worry about anyone else. Everyone has issues and insecurities themselves so don't worry about it!!! Who are they to judge you. The fact you are trying is an accomplishment in itself. Go to the grocery store and get some good FOOD Get some turkey and veggies, no bacon or cheese!! You need low fat, clean food, no processed food. Stay away from soda and fruit drinks as well. Diet soda or water. I hope this helps you a little. Goodluck and keep going!!

Calvin, I'm not going to try and convince you to just go out and don't care what others think because it seems like your mind is already made up. With that being said, I think the diet consisting of shakes and a couple of meals is a great idea, mainly because of the calorie control. Also, make sure your taking in HUGE amounts of water, it's essential for proper metabolism. I'm sure you've already prepared by having your standards (such as the importance of a multivitamin).
Gauge your progress and continue to workout steadily, maintaining lean mass and losing fat. Doesn't seem like you're a prime candidate for a thermogenic because of your bodyweight, but that's something you can consider once you're down an extra 70 lbs or so, which may sound pretty far, but can happen safely within 6 months or less if you're doing things correctly. Always look at the big picture, don't rush. I think we've talked about this before on here. Sounds like you have a good plan and just wanted some feedback. Good luck!

thanks, i still just cant go out like that, you know like i just dont want to put that extra presure on me to go out.....ok so i was going to get a mrp weith some fiber like some havbe like4g like that cytoplex with the fat loss stuff inside(chitosan i think) and theres like 2 others so ill see which taste better...i think i do better with moderate fat/low-to moderate carb/high protein so the shakes are going to be like say 50g p/30c/10-15g fat and the meals i most likly would stict to the cheese sandwhiches( cause there easy to make and not that much fat in them) with 6oz. chicken or 4oz. steak. im haveing a half cage delivered tomorrow so im going to start workout out ,and i have a indoor bike ,so i was thinking about a 2 day HIT routine with 3 days of cardio. is that anuff?

That would be a great way to start. Just make sure you start slowly. On your 3 cardio sessions only go for 20 minutes for the first few weeks. That should be plenty. The good thing about being big is that its easier for you to loose weight. Your maintenance calories have to be at least 5000, so even if you can cut down to 3000 a day, it would be easy to stick with, and you would be losing weight. Eventually you would have to go lower though. Don't starve yourself or try and lose the weight too quickly. Just eat right.
And remember, 6 small meals a day.
6 x 500 calories isnt bad.

Also, you posted about this once before and I suggested at that time that you get some ECA. Like Stacker 2, Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, etc. You really should invest in a bottle of this stuff. Not only will it curb your hunger, but it will bump up your metabolism. Trust me on this. Not only will it help your metabolism, but your diet will be _so much easier_ to stick to!

Have you ever considered ordering groceries online?? You can get everything online Also you can get protein powder and other stuff as well. Proteinfactory.com is a good one and is cheap!!! Just thought I would mention it. Its easy and you can do it from home and not have to worry about going out. And I agree on the fat burners, they give you energy and will help with your appetite as well. Maybe you could give that a try!!

The on-line thing sounds like a good idea. No matter what though, stay tough and goal oriented and you will see progress. If you have a bad diet day, don't let it discourage you, just get back on track the next day. These guys are giving you the right advice. Good luck!!
