In light of your recent post as a frustrated dieter, I will answer your question with that in mind. Clif bars are not BAD for anyone, but if you're trying to shed fat and retain muscle they are too high in carbs/too low in protein to be considered GOOD for you, unless it's a cheat day. They are also a 'processed' food which is also not necessarily bad, but a good idea to avoid them when you're dieting.
If you're a long distance athlete who needs many hours of sustained energy, they can be useful though.
