I have been on a diet for 8 weeks now. My body composition was 226lbs @ 19%. I am now 220 @ 11%. Things are going great. I also just started Adipokinetix. 1 pill 3x per day. My problem is that I seem to feel hungry all the time. I know this isnt because of Adipokinetex. But what is it and what do I do?

Try drinking two or three glasses of water with every meal to fill your stomach with at least SOMETHING.
I find drinking diet soda helps "bloat up" my stomach as well.
If you're eating any carbs, get as much as you can from brocolli, lettuce, celery, and cauliflower, since you will be able to eat a large volume of these with relatively few calories.
I'd also say steer clear of protein powders, except maybe post-workout. Personally, when my calories are restricted, the last thing I want is a big chunk of my protein coming from something that'll fill me up for an hour, if at all.
That's just a few suggestions that help ME out, but hopefully, they might work for you.
Good luck, and great stats.

PS: You might want to try citrimax, but I find it does nothing to lower my appetite, especially compared to ephedrine.

What it is? Your body is signalling starvation. What can you do? Vlaovic's advice is good to start with, but ultimately you may have to face the reality that dieting to low bodyfat levels is uncomfortable and requires great willpower (it totally goes against nature. You've made great progress so far, but now it gets really tough. If it were easy then everyone would be ripped! In other words, hunger may be a constant part of you existence until you reach your goal. I hope I'm wrong, and wish you luck in achieving your goals.

Thanks.... Im not always starving but sometimes I just want to keep munching on food. I*m supposed to eat... meal, shake, meal , shake but it seems like I just want to eat 6 real foods per day. Shakes dont help my starvation anymore...I think this is because Im entering the single digits now and my body may be starting to drastically change.

Keep your protein level the same, but drop some carbohydrate calories (4 calories for each gram) and add some more fat (9 calories/gram). Your net calories should remain the same. This will help slow your digestion a little bit and keep your stomach "feeling full".

Steelhart, I hear you completely!
Like MS said, as you get very lean [bellow 10%bf], your body just doesn't comply an more.
You will get VERY hungry, so instead of meal shake, meal shake, meal shake, do 5 meals and a post-workout shake. Beleive me, if your calories and nutrients are on target, eating a can of tuna and small potatoe will be no different [diet-wise] than whey/casein plus maltodextrin [i.e. basic MRP].

Another trick I sometimes use is buy bulk guar gum, then blend it with about half a scoop of vanilla whey and a couple cups of diet orange soda, and let it sit in the fridge for about 30min. What you get is a snack that tastes like vanilla/orange pudding, has solluble fiber which fills you up and helps with your general digestive health, and has about 60calories, all from protein.

Also, I'd stock up on sugar-free Jello, since a whole packet has about 40 calories, again mostly from protein and aspartame, and is filling, albeit for a short time period.

Once again, good luck - dieting is NO FUN, but worth it.
