I am preparing for a natural contest in April. My dieting is very consistent and seems to be working. Does anyone else snack on Soybean Nuts (unsalted w/o oil) at night? Also, what is your opinion of this as a snack food. The Gensoy brand I eat the breakdown is: 12 g protein/ 4 g fat/ 9 g carbs (mainly dietary fiber). I think you answered your own question by saying that it seems to be working! However, April is a little way away so it may be too soon to say.
