What do you guys think...The flavored oatmeal has about 8-10 more grams of sugar in it...Does it really make a difference in your diet??? | ||

Use plain oatmeal, and then for flavor add a flavored protein powder. Tastes awesome as hell, and much healthier for you. | ||

If you are dieting for a show or need to be that lean, then it is no good. But if not its not gonna kill you. I wouldnt eat it everyday, but treat yourself once in a while. I love the maple and brown sugar myself Regular is better for you though! | ||

New - I love the maple too!!! Ive been trying to eat the regular more often..Ive been adding some cinnamon and an artificial sweetner to help w/the taste...Once you eat the flavored ones its hard to eat the reg...Thanks yall for the replies!!! | ||

if you wanna spike the insuling sure why not. Regular oatmeal is very veratile though man. Look up recipes in cyberdiet or something, and youll find that regular can be 10x better than normal! ILL GIVE YOU A 30 DAY GUARANTEE OR YOUR MONEY BACK ON THAT ONE! | ||

Add cinnamon, artificial sweetener or Stevia, a bit of coffe, fat-free cocoa, or whatever else. There's really no need to have the flavour coming from sugar. If you've got a fast metabolism thoug, it won't make shit for difference. | ||

I ALSO HATE THE TASTE OF PLAIN OATMEAL, BUT I WONT BUY THE FLAVORED BECAUSE OF THE SUGARS, SO I USUALLY WILL ADD A TBSP OF PEANUT BUTTER OR A FEW RAISINS TO IT, GIVES IT A BIT OF FLAVOR THEN. PROTEIN POWDER THATS A GOOD IDEA! THANKS |
