Im about to start a heavy bulking cycle and in the past 3 weeks I have put on some fat. Not really sure how i put the fat on but I want some defiition back before I start. What would be the quickest way to loose about 5-6lbs of fat? Unfotunatly I have no clen around, so I was thinking of doing a 1-2 week keto diet, would I loose any muscle from 2 weeks of keto? ------------------

If you are getting ready to bulk, why does the 5lbs matter?? You will lose it after your bulking cycle when you begin to diet. I wouldnt worry about it, but if you are try low carbs and some cardio. You dont really need to do keto, depending on what your diet is like now. If you make a few changes and add cardio you can lose a few lbs that way. But like I said if you are going into a bulking cycle....no worries.. lose it this summer or whenever you plan to diet.

For super-fast fat loss, take your weight, multiply it by about 8 to get your calories i.e. 200lbs = 1600kcal Then, set <5% of this as carbs - about 10-15 grams per day. Divide the rest between protein and fat equally. Eat 4-5 meals per day. Do this for 14 days straight, and I guarantee, you will melt the lard away, but do it for much longer and you'll lose muscle, since calories this low are approaching starvation. 5-6 lbs might even go in 10 days or less, but anything this short, no matter how extreme, probably won't cost you muscle. |
