Alright, we all know that to store one molecule of carbohydrates (CHO) in muscle you need 4 molecules of water. So, what if those four molecules of water are not available for every molecule of carb that could potentially be converted to glycogen? eg, if you don't drink enough water, you have a better chance of storing carbs as fat rather than energy???
