I'm going to be starting clen next week, and want to cut my weight. I'm 6'1, about 210, 19% bf. plan on taking clen as per recommended dosing, dividing doses up throughout the day. Will be doing 30 minutes incline treadmill four days a week on empty stomach in morning, lifting in p.m. and doing 20 minutes cardio post-workout. Plan on eating 2 whole eggs and wheat toast at 7 a.m. post-running, Met-Rx at 10 a.m., Chicken Breast sandwich with veggies and green tea for lunch, Met-rx shake at 4 p.m., and Chicken Breast with broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice for dinner around 6:30. Will adjust calories to - 500 what my body needs for maintenance per day. Also, 2 gallons of water per day minimum while on clen. What do you think? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you can afford Met-Rx, then just follow the directions and you'll be fine. Clen will be nice to add but just follow the calorie chart you get with the Met-Rx ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
