i have reduced my carbs ALOT and now im losing strenght im about 2 weeks into it,i skiped yesterday becaues of the stupid gym was closed, and it carried on to today ,i felt real weak i have it has to do with both the fact the gym was closed and the low carb shit, is their any tips or anything i need to do to maintain strength?? while reducing carbs,plus i have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks,thats fuckin crazy,but i think i lost some muscle too, i think i lost 4 lbs of fat 3 lbs of muscle,i dont think its worth it,


can i just keep my diet of before, where i had more carbs and depend strictly on an eca or adipokinetix and running??? or will this not cut it? give me the truth

This is normal to an extent. Anytime you cut out carbs, you will have less strength. This is one of the purposes of engaging in a weekend carb-up. This will help replenish your muscles with glycogen, etc for the following weeks workouts...and it will keep strength up to a degree. Don't compare one day to the next day. Instead, compare say each Monday to the previous weeks Monday. Compare Friday's to the previous weeks Friday. Don't compare Monday to Friday because your muscles will have a higher saturation of glycogen withing the muscles and liver on Monday, thus giving you a higher degree of strength (after a weekend carb-up). Also, the whole hormonal shifts will differ early on in the week as to the later days in the week, which can also lead to differences in strength and muscle gains. If on Monday (or whatever day for that matter) your strength has had a significant drop in strength/energy from the previous week, then you may want to add more calories to your diet during the weekdays. Also, your weekend carb-up may be different week to week depending on how saturated the muscles are of glycogen when stopping the last carb meal. Longer carb-ups will yield a higher compensation of muscle glycogen. Also, the type of carbs eaten during this time can effect how much glycogen will enter into the muscles and liver. How quick your descent into ketosis happens will also have an effect on your energy obviously. If you enter ketosis on Monday night, then you will probably have less energy on Tuesday, as compared to a workout on Tuesday that shows you are not in ketosis yet (did that make any sense?) I could probably add a lot more to this, but you should get the point. Some weeks will be different than others when all factors are included.

thanks bro i understand what your saying,i messeed up on my question , i should have been more specfic ,i mean i am now doing a 33 % of each nutrient diet ( approx) versus,where i use to do 30% protein 10-15% fat,55-60% carbs,i am not on a under 50 carb program ,i still eat around 300 or so per 3500-4000 cals,does all that stuff u said apply to this kind of diet too?? do i need to go back to the 60% carbs on the weekends?

also if i just go back to my old diet, thats 55-60% carbs can around 10% bf with a running program and EC or a suppelement like adipo kinetix,or will it take a little more than the supplement and running
