Hey everyone. I'm 6'1", 245, 16%bf. I want to get to 9-10%bf in 8-10wks.

Here's the diet I want to use:
8:00 AM
1c oatmeal
12 egg whites
Protien (g) 49
Carbs (g) 43
Fat (g) 4
Total cals 398

10:00 AM
Met-rx MRP + water
2 tbsp peanut butter
Protien (g) 53
Carbs (g) 35
Fat (g) 18
Total cals 512

12:00 PM
2 cans tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
Protien (g) 89
Carbs (g) 25
Fat (g) 2
Total cals 477

1:00 - 3:00
Workout + 30-45min cardio

3:00 PM
Met-rx MRP + water
Protien (g) 45
Carbs (g) 28
Fat (g) 2
Total cals 310

4:00 PM
1/2 lb chicken breast
2 slices whole wheat bread
Protien (g) 57
Carbs (g) 25
Fat (g) 3
Total cals 388

6:30 PM
1/2 lb chicken breast
12 oz. Broccoli
Protien (g) 63
Carbs (g) 18
Fat (g) 3
Total cals 347

8:30 PM
Met-rx MRP + water
2 tbsp peanut butter
Protien (g) 53
Carbs (g) 35
Fat (g) 18
Total cals 512

10:00 PM
2 scoops protien powder
Protien (g) 40
Carbs (g) 0
Fat (g) 3
Total cals 187

TOTAL PROTEIN (g) : 449
TOTAL CARBS (g) : 209
TOTAL FAT (g) : 54
TOTAL CALORIES: 3105

I think that one day a week, I might invert the protein and carbs totals, to do sort of a carb loading thing.

I will also be training 3-4xs/wk and doing 30-45 min. cardio 4-5xs/wk.

I'm looking to start this in January. Any and all criticisms welcome!
thanks.

Looks good, give it a whirl for about 5 weeks without changing a thing and if not satisfied drop the 10;00 meal and add cardio in the morning right when you get up before your first meal instead of mid-day. If you stick to this, you will get their for sure and then some.

I looked at it again and I might change the 4;00-2 slices of bread into 1/2 cup of brown rice and at 8;30 p.m. just take out the peanut B all together. Just my opinion. Looks good though!

thanks wombat! I think I'll take your advice and switch the bread for rice. I had the PeanutB in there because I've read that if you cut fat from your diet too much, your body will be less willing to give up its own fat stores. (don't know if this is true, just what I read). Also, I'm also going to use hydroxycut(8-12/day). Do you think that will change anything? thanks.

Hydroxycut is alright, I would try staggering the dosages. Take them 3 times a day for 7 days in a row and then 2 days on 1 day off. Try it for like 4-5 weeks and then take a full week off of it and then hit it hard again. Your body will not get adjusted to this. You may feel kind of tired on the days that you dont use it but stick to it and your body will respond. If you have not dieted sticked before dont get discourged half way through you may feel small at times, because you are used to the extra weight but your pumps will be awesome and the ripped look is so much more appealing! Good Luck!

as wombat already suggested, doing morning cardio on an empty stomach will do a world of a difference. JMO
