Whassup! Ive been really aggravated, for I clearly have abs under a thin layer of fat (a thick finger's worth), and yet I have been hearing that abs only appear at 8-10%. I am currently @ 24%, I have been spending *WAY* too much on bulking phase. Is there hope, soon/? Or MUST i get to 10% to see those babies? **ALSO:** In 15 days of a keto diet, I lost 3.5kg / 7.7lbs. These were my first 15 days. If I prolong this diet for more fifteen days, will my weight loss be more gradual? Or will it continue to be as great? **NOTE: I did 0 cardio during this diet, due to tight schedule. Even though i lost no noticeable muscle, if I add cardio in, will ir be the same? (3.5kg/15 days?) It was great, I went from 33%bf(+/-) to 24%! KICK ASS....please post the answers ASAP if you can! Youd make my day. THanks | ||

SUP man.. Im at like 15% now,, but I still see my abs when I flex and push down the fat. hahaha just take it one step at a time, when U get to 20% U'll notice other muscle lines apear.. then 15% more stuff will apear.. you'll be happy at each step.. the first week on a ketogenic diet,, you lose a lot more weight than if you continue, because you lose mostly water weight since you you do not take in as much carbs.. so expect fat losses to slow.. You may add cardio/reduce fat calories interchangeably, but you cannot go beyond a certain # which is based on the individual, if your calorie deficit is too great you will lose muscle and your metabolic rate will decrease and you will hit a plateau quickly.. but to find your level for a calorie deficit, it may take some time.. so try adding some cardio then, but you might be hurting yourself more than you are helping if you are losing a few pounds a week, I say stick with what you are doing.. |
