Adam's all natural peanut butter, buy the 5lb jugs. the fat is not bad for you. especially in the natural peanut butter, it is an easy way to get enough dietary fat in your diet AND CALORIES! ------------------ quote: | ||

I have Smuckers Natural also, don't think its the reduced fat one, but it has less fat than the others. Still has 2g of saturated fat per serving. Good stuff, just shouldn't take alot at a time. The unnatural versions of peanut butter are usually higher in fats etc., also containing hydrogenated oils which are trans fatty acids(bad for you). Valdez... where can I get the 5lb jugs of Adam's all natural peanut butter from? Never seen this around before, let me know bro. Thanks ~BM~ ------------------ | ||

Cosco, I swear that place is heaven for people trying to bulk!! tuna comes in packs of 10 for like $7.99 (albacore) and wheat pasta by the pound. 5lb pieces of cheese. damn I better add another workout day to burn off all those calories! hahaha ------------------ quote: | ||

Valdez, your COSTCO carries Adams Peanut Butter? Mine only carries Laura Schudder's and it is the crunchy kind, which I hate. I'll have to check it out again, as it has been awhile since I have been their. MR. BMJ | ||

I'll have to check out the Sam's Club here again for that brand of PB or whatevers good. I already bought 40 cans of the white albacore tune from there... taste like candy  hehe ------------------ | ||

You can get peanut butter from a peanut butter machine.. U put the peanuts in the top and it comes out as peanut butter.. ingredients are just peanuts.. and it tastes goooood | ||
