Like Wed, today is fairly simple and easy. DIET: SAME. SUPPLEMENTS: SAME AS WEDNESDAY. TRAINING: I will usually go to the gym at night and do around 3-4 sets of calves and abs. These sets are fairly light with moderate repetitions, which are not done to failure. I usually do a moderate amount of reps. Usuall around 10-12 reps for standing calves, and around 18-20 reps for sitting calves. My ab exercises are 2 sets of decline crunches (on roman chair), 2 sets of alternating decline crunches for the obliques, and 2 sets of leg pull-ins off the end of the flat bench, and 2 sets of hyperextensions for 15-20 reps. I will rest around 2 minutes between each of these sets. These exercises are debatable in their effects, but I opt to do them any way because they don't really negate my progress. After this, I will go ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes at a moderate intensity. *Note: I do my alternating crunches on the roman chair too. I think thats what it is called. MOOD: SAME AS WEDNESDAY. BODY COMPOSITION: SAME. CONCLUSION: That's what my typical Thursday looks like folks. [This message has been edited by MR. BMJ (edited December 10, 2000).] | ||
