OK, my girlfriend of 4 years has finally commited to doing a real diet starting on new years. She is like 5'3" and 150ish, she has a lot of muscle, the strongest chick I've ever seen really, she's actually trying to get into powerlifting.

As of right now here are my plans, she wanted me to 'plan' for her. 1500 cals a day, maybe thats a little too low, but she wanted it to be lower. she is going to jog for approxiametely 45 minutes every other day. and she works out with me 2x a week, HIT; but I may drop it to 1x a week, consildation type (for you HITers) full body. she will be taking adipokinetix throughout. also, im going to try to get her to avoid all carbs after around 5PM, but her eating options are limited at college. look OK?

also, I wanted to add something like clen in, pehaps T3. any ideas?

she is looking to loose around 20lbs eventually. my plan is for her to diet 4 week then eat at maintenance for 2 weeks, than 4 more weeks. all depends on what kind of progress she makes, and how motivated i can keep her.

comments? suggestions?

The biggest problem with lady-diets is CATABOLISM is so extreme coz of the test-lack. She just gonna have to accept some muscleloss but doesn't everyone do that on a diet.

My suggestions are (as I did with a lady of mine). Try to drop ALL carbs and push her to workout H.I.T. every other day. It's hard but... That's dieting!
Use T4(or hardcore and more dangerous T3) with eph and caff, 3 times a day. on empty stomach and at least 30min before meals. And make sure she'll stay active an hour later (powerwalking is good here).
No jogging for christ sake. That will burn off all her muscles and leave the fat. Cortisol is peakin' then. JOGGING Doesn't work in diets if you don't do GH or DNP etc.(hardcore stuff).
btw Do you have GH? 3iu/day 2-3 hours before workout...
1500-2000 kcal no carbs would be OK. One bulkday a week at 4000 kcal (no junk food & snacks though). Shouldn't be any problem if she's got them muscles. It worked really good for my lady. She dropped heavy while in ketosis for 3 weeks. But she's the extreme type she powerwalked 2 hours every mornin and 1 hour after workout, 5days a week. Metformin will be OK if shell do carbs. Don't give her more than 100g though. 500mg metformin with carb-meals. Walking 1-2 hours before breakfast (the classic way with protein & caffein, eph, T4 before activation)

Want to keep her anitcatabolic, give her insulin, 2 iu postworkout - no carbs.

Don't forget puryvate if she droppin into ketosis. But ketosis is really hard on women so you'll probably have to use insulin and formins to drop her.... second thought dont mess with ketosis. drop carbs to 50g or less instead. It'll make life really tuff for her but eph can help as well as caff.

Good luck
