what has worked for me in the past as far as gaining muscle w/ as little fat as possible is 55-35-10 ratio(pro/carb/fat).when bulking, try and keep your fat intake to a minimum,to avoid getting fat and suffering for it later on w/ countless hours of cardio.concentrate on taking in plenty of protein and some good ol' fashioned starchy carbs(ie asta, rice, potatoes, etc)if i were you,i would do it this way.if you're not worried about getting fat, then go w/ the eat as much as you can and train heavy w/ low rep schemes.but i warn you,"chubby" won't look nice in the mirror.
